At the professional big mouth fruit freezing factory, visitors are required to wear protective clothing at the door before entering the factory. In order to isolate fruit flies, the factory area is continuously disinfected with hypochlorous acid water spray.
After the Golden Diamond Pineapple is harvested, the first step is to wash it with medical-grade 100ppm or 50ppm hypochlorous acid water and sterilize it by aeration.
After washing, the pineapple is peeled with a mold, and then the remaining peel is manually removed and trimmed to ensure the quality of the frozen pineapple cubes.
When dicing pineapples of different sizes, use different molds to process them uniformly. This not only stabilizes the quality of the diced fruit, but also increases efficiency.
The patented "electromagnetic fresh-keeping technology" uses the electric field effect to prevent ice crystals from forming and destroying the cell walls, so that the structure is intact and can further lock in moisture.
After rapid freezing, the golden diamond pineapple dices are weighed and packaged using an "octopus machine" in a space that remains at 0 degrees Celsius all year round to prevent the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms.
