Each member is limited to one registration.

In the following situations, the company may review or provide your personal or related telecommunications data to competent authorities or third parties who claim their rights have been infringed and provide appropriate proof:

3. In emergencies to protect the personal safety of other members or third parties.

For marketing, market analysis, statistics, research, or providing personalized services, members agree that SmallMouth Fruits and its strategic partners may record, save, and use data and records stored or generated on the website. Such data may be disclosed or used in a statistical manner without revealing personal information.

Members agree to receive various activity messages and other content information from SmallMouth Fruits from time to time.

Ordering Basis

Members agree that their ordering actions will be based on the electronic transaction data shown on the Small Mouth Fruits website. In case of disputes, the electronic transaction data will be the standard for resolution.

Intellectual Property Rights

The rights and obligations between SmallMouth Fruits members and the company shall be determined according to internet regulations and the laws of the Republic of China. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Banqiao District Court for the first instance. If any declarations or terms of SmallMouth Fruits are incomplete, they will be resolved in good faith, adhering to principles of honesty, credibility, equality, and mutual benefit.

Termination of Membership

SmallMouth Fruits has the right to change the content of various services or terminate any member account services, with notification sent via email.

Website Disasters

The operation of the SmallMouth Fruits system may be interrupted, malfunction, delayed, or experience data transmission or storage errors due to failures or malfunctions of telecom network systems or software and hardware equipment, or due to force majeure such as natural disasters. SmallMouth Fruits is not responsible for any damages arising from such incidents.
